Needed help for an injured shoulder and it was super fast and easy - I was accompanied to a local clinic to see an orthopedic and was prescribed medication. Would recommend it to anyone who’s encountering health issues! Update: Since this trip seems to be a bit jinxed, I needed help once more for a case of food poisoning. Also there the treatment was incredibly fast, effective and professional and after two days in the clinic (thanks go out to MacSalud as well) I’m feeling much better already.

Aufgrund einer Höhenkrankheit benötigte ich ärztliche Hilfe in Cusco. Wir haben Dr Cusco über Whatsapp kontaktiert und 35 später kam schon der Arzt zu uns ins Hotel. Er war super kompetent, hat perfektes Englisch gesprochen und war mit allen nötigen Mitteln modern ausgestattet. Ich habe über die Nacht eine Sauerstoffflasche bekommen und der Arzt kam am nächsten Morgen wieder ins Hotel um die Untersuchung fortzusetzen. Nach 2 Tagen war ich fast komplett wieder genesen und konnte meinen Urlaub ohne Probleme fortführen. Es war genau richtig ärztliche Hilfe zu suchen. Die Kosten der Behandlung waren absolut angemessen und wurden über meine Auslandskrankenversicherung abgerechnet. Vielen Dank an Dr Quispe, ich kann die Klinik Doctor Cusco absolut weiterempfehlen!

I called Doctor Cusco regarding a throat infection and had a brief consult over the phone. The doctor then sent advice plus recommended an antibiotic. The infection lasted a little longer than expected and I was able to use WhatsApp for a follow up. The multiple contacts were free of charge and there was no pressure for a face to face consultation although it was offered. I highly recommend this service for travellers.
